After an interesting visit to the Ferrari cellar, with a well-tested and close-knit group of friends, I went to lunch at the Locanda Margon Bistro immersed in the vineyards that give rise to the precious and famous bubbles. We chose the Bistrot because, having to face a long return journey, we wanted to choose the à la carte dishes and not take a tasting menu provided by the restaurant. The dishes are the same (only the choice is a little more limited), and all well presented and of excellent quality. The service is also impeccable and very professional. The Michelin star is well deserved. The wine list is very interesting, with Ferrari's own bubbles clearly dominating.
