We held a corporate party in this establishment on March 6 and were satisfied. Everything was delicious. It was my first time. Two weeks later, my friend and I decided to meet in this place. Aaaand... Something went wrong. We were greeted quickly (probably by a blonde administrator) and seated at a table. The hall was empty. Two tables with a group of guys and a hookah. They took our order VERBALLY (the same administrator, a blonde with long hair, didn’t read the name. (two coffees, a cheesecake, a salad with baby potatoes and bruschetta). The coffee was brought right away. About 40 minutes later we asked if the order would be brought soon? On that the waitress, who came to work when we were already sitting in the establishment, came up (she walked past us, I recognized her, served us on March 6) and asked - WHAT DID WE ORDER?! It was a shock)))) It turns out that the printer in their kitchen broke down and they forgot about us. And the fact that there are only three tables occupied in the hall does not notice us at all. We drank coffee, we’re waiting for the salad and bruschetta. Finally, they bring it after almost an hour! I'm waiting for dessert. And the admin comes up and says, didn’t the waitress tell you? - The cheesecake is over. I took another one. The mood is ruined. Impression of the establishment too. Of course I won’t go there again, even knowing that it was delicious. And it’s not the waitress’s fault, but the administrator’s!!! Shame and disgrace for such a service. They made a discount on the receipt for items that we waited for an hour))). This is a partial atonement. It’s kind of funny that it’s not for the entire check. There are no photos from that day (only the invoice), there is a photo from the corporate party. Work on the service guys! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The food is okay. Hookah is ok. We came and booked a VIP room. The bass was turned up very high. Sitting in a separate room is simply impossible. The administrator was asked to approach the DJ and turn it down. The administrator is a very incompetent girl. She spoke rudely, expressed indifference with her entire appearance, and did not solve our problem. Disappointed. It's unlikely that we'll come again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
