Report incorrect information
I quit working for him because he does not understand cleanliness of the kitchen. He does not wash hands ever....He actually told me one day you used more gloves today than I have all year. He handles money, wipes sweat from forehead scratches himself and has and never changed gloves. He has been called out by customers which ask for new food to be made in which he took the food back set it carefully in trashcan just to pull out when the customer walked away and serve to the next person. He skims the tips and says 30 percent goes to the kitchen for operating cost.
He does not follow health codes. He still stores the food he does not use at his house in old refrigerators in his garage then serves them first at next event.
Now the food is ok for the kind of food it is he claims it's all homemade but it is not. The cleanliness is a killer for me. I quit the day he pulled the food out of the trash and served to the next.
