Nice but not pretentious. Staff is super helpful and service is fast. There's a good variety of food so there's pairing options for every kind of wine they have. I like that it's above the square, so even if there's an event happening down there, it's never too loud up here. Was my first time here and I feel like this place met my expectations, which is to say it was fine. I think they have room to improve their menu. Admittedly, I did not come for the wine. The descriptions of food didn’t meet what I was expecting. I ordered “avocado toast” that was a LOT of lox and two slivers of avocado. It tasted good, but probably wouldn’t have ordered it because I honestly assumed the salmon was cooked and wasn’t really in the mood for lox. The beer was good. And I liked the tomato soup! Would have liked a bigger portion. I guess I also just am wary of paying $35/person for somewhere I don’t even get table service. All in all, a fine spot if this is the kind of thing you’re looking for. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My business group recently met at Locavino, and they couldn't have been more welcoming! A great spot for delicious food, an extensive and thoughtful wine list, and incredibly accommodating staff. Definitely consider Locavino for your next business lunch or happy hour with friends!
