Great food and service! We had a party of ten and the Lock 34 Bar and Grill was very busy due to a recital. With 10 of us, we were seated by a hostess then given water to the table by another staff member before getting Jordan our waiter. After getting our orders and first round of drinks it was just waiting for the entrees which took about 30-40 minutes. Some were delivered to the right people and others needed to be switched out to ones who ordered their meals. A few people he asked if everyone got everything and we were still missing two meals. I believe both my and my mother's platter was supposed to come with carrots but it was missing. Overall, the food was very good and the sever/staff did their best on a packed day. Recommended.

My wife & I spent the entire day in Lockport. Tho we went on the locks cruise and checked out the cave, our best part of the day was the excellent experience we had at Lock 34 Bar & Grill. Our very beautiful waitress “Hattie” was very helpful and attentive to us. The steak and salmon we had were exquisite. as well. This restaurant has an elegant setting, yet their staff works like quick reacting fast food employees.Very impressed! Thank you!
