Tucked away on the 4th floor of Royal complex opposite the old Taxi Park, the restaurant is a peaceful haven away from the chaotic traffic and Bodas right down the street. The breakfast is good continental variety and substantial portion. Service is courteous and prompt. Also you can get an amazing view of the taxi park and the haphazard parking..that seems to define the very soul of downtown Kampala. Definitely recommended if you want to get away from the chaos even momentarily. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
