We were very disappointed with our visit to Lockheart. We had a reservation for 8:00pm and when we arrived our table was not ready. Finally we were seated and our waitress gave us waters then didn’t check on us for 30 minutes. When she did come back she took our drink and appetizer order. The appetizer came out very quickly however, it was room temperature. When our waitress returned she asked if we needed anything else, I asked how much longer our drinks would be. She said “you’ll have to remind me” so we reordered our drinks. She was completely unapologetic and spending more time hugging her friends and chatting than waiting tables. At this point we had enough and got the check. We ended up going to the Cottage down the street and had a great meal. *EDIT - We did not request to sit downstairs. We fully expected with a reservation we would be seated in the dining room* Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hello Sara, I noticed that you were seated in the downstairs area where the music is set up, which is not the best place for the traditional style of service as it gets busy with the music. Although we try to put our best foot forward every time, the downstairs space on a Friday music night is an area we certainly need some improvement for those who are only looking for the traditional dining experience. Our apologies, and we hope you will give us another chance!
