The meat is excellent! If I had to offer one small criticism, it’s that the price per pound isn’t listed for many of the cuts when ordering.

Chris, thank you for your support and wonderful review. Unfortunately, due to only selling retail cuts online we can't sell by the pound. We wish we could but it doesn't work out with our inventory system and the amount of orders we process daily. If we had a retail store it would work great but we are online only.

My family and I are avid fans of Lockwood Ranch and their beef. They raise both Angus and Wagyu varieties and sell cuts (tongue, oxtail, heart, tri-tip, hanger, etc.) that you can rarely find at your regular grocery store. Their prices are VERY reasonable in comparison to shops that have no problem engaging in price gouging. A big plus is that you can place an order and pick it up later. Give them a chance and you won’t go back to your local supermarket for your protein.
