Ever since I watched Anthony Bourdain chow down on sisig in the Philippines, it's become my favorite Filipino dish and anytime I pass by a Filipino resto I MUST try their sisig. But half of the places that I've had, have a ton of that cartilage, and I'm not too keen on that. But out in Yokosuka, there's a spot that has sisig that will make you melt with every bite. Loco Coco has been a staple among Filipinos and Sailors from the base for years. With garlic fried rice and a coconut chu-hi, you'll be in tropical paradise. The best part is that, either you eat it at the restaurant or home, it's going to be amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
