Excellent location at the foot of the ski slopes... pleasant, harmoniously decorated ambience. The beer was fresh, but their concept of the drink menu is quite strange. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Our family, the Hellesoy, had our New eve dinner at Lodgen Spiseri on the 31st Dec 2017. It was a set menu. The first course was the smoke duck, that was very good. The main course was roasted deer fillet served with sliced potatoes baked in cream and cheese (similar to potatoes dauphinoise). There were four of us, two serving were served with the perfectly cooked deer fillet but the other two were served with different cut of the meats and it was very floury. Not because they are my teenage kids that they should be deserved differently. The price of the meal for everyone is the same so why were they being served different cut of meats? Maybe you guys think the teenagers wouldn't know better and you can get away with this! I called this bad business ethic! When the waiter asked how was our meal while we were still eating our fillet and I commented that the potatoes were very salty. It was so salty that we just left it after the first bite. He didn't apologise or neither he suggests to offer something else. I was thinking to myself what is the point of asking how is our meal if he is not going to take our comment seriously. Please don't pretend you care when you actually don't!
