It was a mediocre experience with small plates and usually busy waiters. I'd expect more food selection for dinner. Most striking is that they charge 6.5 EUR for a bottle of water! And it is not nice to be asked if we'd like to tip just before paying. The food was ok, but quality/price is low. On a rainy and cold day, I stopped by cafe loetje and had a meal. Not only was the steak delicious, but the warm soup with it helped my body, which had been shivering from the cold, become drowsy and I was able to regain peace. The staff were all friendly too.
