We were out and about in Ruston and decided on the log cabin grill & market but I didn't take photos of the market (dang it) but they have all the spices, pre-made dishes like crawfish macaroni and cheese , pre-made ready for you to fry up boudin balls and beyond. We ordered an appetizer which was the fried boudin with a delicious spicy but not too spicy sauce which was yummy, juarez chicken breast , with Creole sauce , mushrooms , bacon& cheese . A loaded baked potato , garlic toast and macaroni and cheese that I ate LOL Our server was Cassidy who was the best at making sure are sweet teas were topped off and that we were satisfied. Casual dining ,more of a down-home country feel. Clean restrooms and clean restaurant. Stop in and give this delicious place a try.
