I’m sorry but https// is not an email address and I’m posting the email text here: Hello Management, My husband and I recently visited Roanoke Rapids, NC, and had lunch at Logan’s Roundhouse. While the waitress was amiable and welcoming, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. I had ordered steak with mashed potatoes as a side dish, but the potatoes had a strong unpleasant odor and taste, exactly like cow poop. The steak, on the other hand, was overcooked and tasted like charcoal. We paid $90 for this lunch, and it was not worth it. I am giving the restaurant two stars only for the waitress' service. As a customer, I think that the kitchen staff, led by the chef, should be fired. The quality of the food was terrible, and I cannot imagine what was added to the mashed potatoes to make them smell and taste that way. You should try it yourself! Despite the good service, we were extremely dissatisfied with our dining experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Mrs. Peirce

Oddly, my vegetables and fries were barely warm, as if they were plated too soon. The steak was slightly thinner than I'm used to - it did not effect the flavor. Despite the temperature issue, the meal was very tasty. I was a little road weary and quite hungry, so I didn't complain. It was a good meal and the wait staff was prompt, personable and professional. To be fair, I'm certain the sides would have been replaced had I mentioned it. I failed to mention the delicious rolls provided while we waited for our food. I always appreciate and enjoy them. They were fresh and warm! Parking: Adequate parking around the restaurant. Overflow parking available beyond the rear lot.
