Food was all delicious, but we unfortunately did not check out boxes before leaving the restaurant and we're missing quite a few items. The staff were very polite and liked the country feel of the restaurant. Just may want to double check items before leaving... I got take out, which maybe isn't the best choice for fried food. Nonetheless, the shrimp and crayfish were excellent. The cornbread wasn't great, even though I was excited about it. I also had the chowder which was pretty good. Service was excellent, and it was super easy to find and to park, which in Charleston was a big plus. Overall, I'd recommend LoLA and eat there again, but I wouldn't go out of my way, and I'd maybe opt for eat in.
