Where do I even begin?! Lola’s Taste is fantastic! From her prawns to her ribs to her lobster to her chicken wings! Her food is delicious and fresh and impeccably seasoned. We ordered the prawns and lobster, chicken wings and ribs. We fought over the chicken wings and devoured the prawns. The ribs and rice were so yummy! Lola knows her flavours and seasoning well. She’s a chef! The lobster was truly the star and very generous! I recommend ordering the day before or a few days before you want your order to avoid disappointment because Lola gets busy. Do not order at 3pm and expect a seafood platter that evening unless you’ve contacted Lola first. If you have an important event, plan accordingly. She’s a one woman show and takes pride in her food. She will not cut corners or compromise on her food to accommodate last minute orders if she’s not able to fit you in. That’s a rare thing to put quality and care over business. Everything was packaged and delivered with care. The containers were hot and ready to eat from the second we picked them up. This is fresh food, good food, and home cooking we all love and know! Lola’s Taste is THE most delicious, creative and beautiful food myself and my family have ever tried. Lola herself is so wonderful, friendly and goes above and beyond. The flavours were exquisite, the preparation incredible and the presentation absolutely gorgeous. Each and every item was so tasty, bursting with flavour, so filling and so lovingly prepared. We ordered beef suya, jerk chicken, curried goat and jollof rice. The best we've ever had. So so good, would recommend Lola's Taste to anyone. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
