ما قبلا داخل شعبه رامسرشون رفته بودیم ولی وقتی شعبه تهرانشون افتتاح شد خیلی به ما نزدیک شدند و کیفیت شعبه جدیدشون خیلی عالی بود،ما پیتزا استیکشونوخوردیم که واقعا متفاوت بود،فضا و دکورشون بسیار دلنشین و جذاب بود و محل خوبیه برای جمع شون دوستان و خانواده کنار هم و از نکات مثبتش که شما دوست دارین ساعتها داخل لومانا بشینید،برخورد و پذیرایی پرسنل کاملا حرفه ای بود و مشخص بود کاملا حرفه ای هستند،در کل حتما پیشنهاد میشه که لومانا را تجربه کنید.در مورد جای پارکهم با توجه به اینکه ما ساعت ۹ شب رفتیم کاملا جا فراوان بود.
