If you’re into soups, this place is for you. I love both types of Mondongo (Andaluza with carrots and potatoes and Kabic with just tripe) are delicious. Also the Rabos with oxtail is so unique and tasty. It’s a must visit at the Santiago market. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
