We visited on 14 Aug, 2026. Food options - Average just like any other high street in entire UK. Indoors - It has multiple food kiosks of which only 4-5 are running and rest all are vacant. So you won't feel the vibe. Lifts were not working. We had 1 Iced Mocha given it was 32° but that was all ice cubes and below par for £5.5. Outdoors - It is all for Tower bridge that is why me mistakenly came here to eat but left immediately. They had 1 Indian cuisine called Lakshmi which was advertising on their indoor TV but when I checked around - that was closed sometime ago. Won't recommend visiting here unless you come to take those Tower bridge pics. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10

We’ll definitely be looking into the points you’ve raised and will pass your feedback regarding the iced mocha directly to our Chocolate Bar kitchen.Regarding the number of kitchens operating, I’d like to reassure you that all 12 of our kitchens are currently open and operating. We’re therefore sorry to hear that your experience gave you the impression that only four or five kitchens were operating. We’d be very interested to understand what led to this impression, as this certainly isn’t reflective of the current offering at the food hall.The only kitchen mentioned in your review that is no longer operating with us is Lakshmi, as they are no longer part of the food hall. We do have an exciting new cuisine joining us soon.We sincerely apologise that Lakshmi was still being advertised on our indoor TV, as this understandably caused confusion. We’ll be looking into this immediately and making sure the outdated advertising is removed.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the incredible service all exceeded our expectations. You can genuinely tell he cares about what he does, and it made such a difference. We love everything about Tower Bridge Collective and can’t recommend it highly enough.
