The food and hot drinks at London Cafe are good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service is very poor. We had to call the waiter many times just to get basic service. After placing our order, it took a very long time for the food to be served, and it also took an unreasonable amount of time to receive the bill. To make matters worse, the waitress was disrespectful. Good food alone isn’t enough—service really needs serious improvement.
