Went here with my wife in May 2027. We were greeted by Rita, who made us feel really welcome without being in any way intrusive. The food options include pie and mash, burgers and large pizzas and drinks options included Belgian beer. There are also desserts including cheesecake. Was quiet when we went, which was a shame as they're a really friendly team in there and it was a much better experience than the Wetherspoons right opposite them. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I’m so pleased you enjoyed the pie and mash and finished things off with one of Dan’s cheesecakes Unfortunately it was Eurovision weekend and a lot of people were over at the big outdoor screening, so it was a little quieter than usual, but we really appreciate you choosing to spend your time with us and support an independent venue. Hopefully we’ll see you both again soon

Amazing roast dinner!! Everything cooked perfect and brilliant flavour. Tender garlic and thyme lamb, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, crispy fluffy roast potatoes, swede mash, garlic broccoli, balsamic glazed carrots and gravy! Brilliant atmosphere lovely friendly vibe and great singer was performing as well! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What a lovely find! We were going for fish and chips, unfortunately they did not allow dogs, but The New Belgium Bar made our Cavalier KC Teddy as welcomed as we were. There’s a verity of menus to choose from, we opted for the very delicious Italian menu, and have booked to go back in July with a group of friends. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £20–30 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: Specifically asked about any allergies Parking space: Not sure
