We sat down, and the place was nice and cool. There were two female staff members, but one of them was incredibly tense. When we said we were ready to order, she snapped, 'Okay, can't you see I'm preparing an order right now? I'll take yours in two minutes!' While saying this in that tense mood of hers, she knocked over a glass, and it spilled right toward us. Of course, we stood up immediately. Look, you're already in a cool place and you have customers; wouldn't hurt to be a bit calm and polite, don't you think?". Service: 1
