The cashier greeted us cheerfully and was very nice to us. The service was great. The atmosphere was very positive. We hadn't had KFC in almost a year. The food was hot and delicious. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

I ordered the wedges and a chicken sandwich. The chicken had been refried (typical of why I stopped eating at kfc for 10+ years) and was so tough it was inedible. The wedges were cold and stale and had the consistency of styrofoam. Horrible. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Here’s some friendly advice, maybe next time double check to make sure you pressed that button in your headset so the customer knows to wait patiently. Don’t get an attitude with the customer when they pull up to the window order. What if they were hard of hearing did you ever think of that? How were they supposed to know if you didn’t say anything? Maybe the speaker was broken? Get a hold of yourself. A dinner rush is no excuse to treat your customers like that. Absolutely ridiculous. Service: 1
