Food is fair. Beware of "price swapping"... menu says one price, but charged a different price!!! "Oh on XXXday it costs more". Asked owner why that difference isn't listed on the menu..."Oh everyone knows that!" said he very condescendingly. Obviously not everyone aware. Told the owner I consider this an unfair business practice, as no price differences were posted. The point is not posting alternative prices on menu or anywhere--doesn't matter how much the difference is--it is still deceptive! After discussion with the owner, eventually was refunded the difference and owner closed by saying "You should consider not coming here again." He was assured I would never return. Great attitude, customer is wrong, no apology, great way to drive a business into the ground! Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a Captains Platter online for pickup. The ordering process was flawless, but the food was not. Everything was overcooked and dried out. I do not think the fish was really haddock. I would never order again from Bill's Long Pond Diner. Food: 2 Service: 4
