I ordered chicken strawberry salad which cost me $16.79. Could not finish the meal because my stomach started to bother me. This was ordered about 4-4:30 on 4/18. On 4/21/24 I was going to eat the remaining salad for lunch. The strawberries had white hair on them. I believe I got sick on my stomach because the strawberries were bad. Called to speak with the manager on Sunday 4/21/24. I was kept on hold for 25 minutes. The manager told me there was nothing he could do about it because 3 days went by. Fresh strawberries do not rot in 3 days. I feel I should have been compensated. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the most ghetto and unprofessional management and wait staff ever! Food was cold and lackluster and strawberry lemonade was pretty much just 3 inches of strawberry syrup at the bottom with ice. The servers looked like they just rolled out of bed with their shirts untucked and dirty. Attempted to pay with a gift card and manager stated that gift card had $0 on it and TOLD me someone else must've used it because he nor the server didn't know how to swipe the card! Asked if I wanted him to just throw it away. Ummm no!! Called the card at the table and it had a balance of $50! Wasn't a need to go back and forth with him because he obviously couldn't figure out the machine regardless of the balance. But I will say this, if you can't work your machines just say so but don't come to my table all ghetto saying "NAH, IT AIN'T NOTHIN' ON THIS CARD, SOMEBODY DONE USED THIS ALREADY!" Please go to Chick Fil A for some customer service training!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time in America and first time at a Longhorn steakhouse. The personnel was very friendly, the ambiance was great. Food was plentyfull and very good. Had the Red rock grilled shrimp and it was very good.
