This is my first visit to a Longhorn Steakhouse. I have to say I was very happy and satisfied when I left. The inside and outside of the restaurant were clean. The inside had a wonderful atmosphere, cozy with soft lighting. The restaurant was well staffed and the manager was in the dining room taking care of guests leading by example. I was impressed with the look and taste of the food. Ronnie, our server was great, attentive and friendly. As for franchise steak restaurants, I would definitely return to this fine run establishment. Great job management and staff working together as a team to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction. I recommend you get a steak dinner here on a date or with family and friends. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
