First time here. Recommended by my traveling partner who comes here often after backpacking trips. Cool vibe, appears locally owned and operated. Failed on simplest of quality tests, a large dark roast drip coffee which was not hot, nor robust nor rich. Honestly, a Starbucks dark roast coffee is better than this which really shouldn’t happen. Ham and cheese croissant was poor as well, but really more their supplier’s fault I reckon. I’ll look elsewhere in Bishop for a solid cup of coffee. My friend was happy with his latte. Excellent spot for Vegan food. Great and sizable avocado toast, served with plenty of sprouts & cherry tomatoes. Great chia pudding and coffee as well. Highly recommended!
