The service was friendly and fun. Locals were lovely acknowledged but newcomers were welcomed. The lamb special I had was unbelievably great. One of the best dishes I’ve had in a long long time. Sitting on the patio watching children play as the sun went down while sipping wine felt pretty idyllic. Service: 5

Lovely location, got the Wednesday night $25 steak and chips. The steak was overcooked but still nice. Good atmosphere nice area, good cocktails. I’d come again! Service: 4

There's not much to the historic Lord Wolseley hotel hidden in the back streets of Ultimo, just a simple stone bar room and a bistro at the back, but it gets really good on Sundays 2-5 when there's a jazz band outside and you can apparently sit on the park benches.
