This my 5th time visiting this chain of restaurants, twice in Mexico & Saltillo, & once in Monterrey. The food is good, but the coffee is the highlight. However, the service has been bad on all of the restaurants. It takes forever to get a second cup of coffee, the food is cold, and at least 3 of my visits, I had to ask them to remove the green drink because they forgot to bring it. I don't think I will be back, the coffee is not that great after all this trouble.

We went there for take-out breakfast and ordered a sandwich. To start with the English and Spanish menus were entirely different - and I mean different items! They did not understand when We asked for something from the English menu and kept asking us to order a chicken sandwich (we are vegetarian) or Mexican dishes. Then we finally managed to order what we thought was a ciabatta sandwich with cheese, avocado, eggs (the menu had ham in it and she said it was the only item we could have as vegetarian) and it was literally two white bread slides with cheese, a couple of pieces of cherry tomatoes and spinach on the side. Something you could fix at home in 5 minutes and definitely not worth the 90 pesos they charged us for it! Do not recommend!
