I have greatly appreciated the rise of really good, authentic Mexican restaurants in Northeast Missouri. This, its sister restaurant in Brookfield, are two examples of this. Los Chimas Mexican Restaurant in Marceline, MO is phenomenal! Yes sometimes there is a bit of a wait at the door to get in but it is way worth it. They're waiting staff is very friendly, understanding and apologetic if the wait is too long or if something was made incorrectly and are always willing to help out. The menu is full of amazing food selections from chimichangas, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, fajitas, and more they really make fantastic food. The margaritas are outstanding! 1000/10 recommend
