The atmosphere is 10/10. Floor to ceiling windows around the entire restaurant with beautiful views of Castle Rock. I ordered the California Burrito. It was massive, and overall tasty, but not comparable to a cali burrito from Southern California. If I were to order it again I would probably ask for them to add cheese, make the fries extra crispy, and remove the beans. Husband ordered the Chili Rellenos. He said they were flavorful, but next time he'd ask for them extra crispy. The house marg was sweet but not very strong. Lastly, this place was PACKED on a Wednesday evening. I was overall very impressed with the organization of the hostess, and the promptness of the service. It's clear the employees are trained well.

Best Mexican anywhere near the Meadows. A bit pricey if it isn't happy hour but I was delighted by the quality; we don't go out a lot so when we do, we want to get the best!Great deals from 4-6 M-Th. $8 large margaritas at the bar and a great fajita deal wherever you sit.

Juan was beyond fantastic!!! I will bring my family back because jaun and the rest of the staff are beyond amazing! I feel like I am home but much more welcoming than any other restaurant experience I have ever had! if you do not give this human benefits I am super excited for this restore family and friends to experience this service! please do not ever leave castle rock EVER! Thank you from our family to yours! Ryli was also beyond fantastic. The view is even better than La Loma (which is INCREDIBLY hard to beat) with a bigger patio. As long time residents of Castle Rock, we are BEYOND impressed with Los Dos Potrillos, food, staff, ambiance, and they even brew beer for those who enjoy that! Would love to see some kegs of tequila up there as well, thank you from our family and staff to yours
