Los Faroles Mexican Restaurant in Chatsworth. Me and my family love Mexican food so we decided to give this place a try tonight. All I have to say is just all around unprofessional. There was 3 female waiters that was just obnoxious. Our waiter being one of them. She would be laughing with them and then come over to see if we needed something like we had ruined her night. There was a lot of having to repeat the order to the waiter cause she wasn’t focused on us. I told her I wanted a taco salad with hamburger meat for example and she came back from the kitchen and asked me if I wanted ham? I was like what? And I looked up and all of them were laughing. One of the other female waiters took a plate of food off a customer’s tables once they were gone and putting it in the other waiters face as a joke. The place is already so small so having to deal with that was already to much for us. the older woman had came from the back and told them to “”. One girl rolled her eyes and kept talking. This place is a joke if they think his is how customer service works. Not to mention the food was bland.
