Charming restaurant in Balmaseda. Was really excited to see this place on Google maps, 8 Euros (weekdays) for a 3 course meal - can't really go wrong!They are very welcoming (I don't speak Spanish) and the food portions were huge. One portion of cocido/soup was enough for 4 people I think. The seafood/fish soup was very tasty, perfect with the complementary bread. On its own I felt it was worth the €8 price.That was just a starter, I had a nicely cooked steak (with fries) as a main, others around me had the fish, which looked nice. Dessert was simple (maybe I ordered badly). The price also included a bottle of wine/drink. 5 stars in terms of the charm and value.The food itself was good, but not mind-blowing.I just wish my Spanish was better.Thank you!
