Amazing quality tacos! We had the carnitas and al pastor and both were excellent. We also had a quesadilla, which had a texture of cheese we did not quite expect but still tasty. I would not be surprised if these are the best tacos in Kansas. Very friendly service, too. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After a long day on the Interstate we were desperate for a home-cooked meal in Colby, Kansas. Found great reviews for Los Jarochos Mexican Food, a food truck along the main drag. What a fantastic meal cooked from scratch on a grill in a trailer. Fresh food impeccably prepared. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great Mexican food on Interstate 70 in Kansas.
