In town for a special event and ordered $160 of food through DoorDash. When our food showed up, we were missing half our food and only half of what showed up was correct. When we called the restaurant we were told that the order comes in just as the meat and not what we ordered, so they just make whatever they think is ordered. They offered no solution and were unwilling to remake our food. We had to go through DoorDash to get a refund for the food missing and shared entrees between 7 people for dinner. Disappointed in the lack of customer service and willingness to resolve the problem as we had paid for the food we did not receive. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We are originally from New Mexico, where it's not too difficult to find good Mexican food. We were pleasantly surprised to find the food at Los Rosales was absolutely delicious. The Chili Rellanos was the best we've ever eaten. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food came fast and hot and plenty. The building the restaurant is in is pretty simple.....we almost decided it wasn't worth stopping, but we were more than pleased.
