I found this taco spot on Instagram and was excited to try it. I called to ask if they had al pastor tacos. There was clearly a language barrier, which is fine. I was being patient and simply asking if they had them. The employee said she understood al pastor, but instead of saying they did not have it, she suddenly hung up on me. When I called back to clarify, I was immediately told no this time, which makes me question why that was not communicated the first time. The call felt dismissive and unprofessional. I also heard what sounded like an insult right before the first call disconnected. Customer service matters just as much as the food. If you do not carry something, just say that. Hanging up on customers is not okay. Service: 1

Went at the time where it says it was open at 10 pm wasn’t open food would have been good false advertisement hope they fix it Saturday at 10pm says there open to 11pm Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
