한우로스구이의 정석! 마무리 된장찌개까지 완벽합니다. 전 얇은고기를 좋아해요. 마블링이랑 선홍빛 빛깔부터 신선함이 느껴졌어요. 숙주와 함께 팬에 구워 먹는 로스구이 조합이 아주 깔끔하고 담백하니 먹기 넘 좋았어요. 특히 고기를 구워 먹은 팬에 육수를 직접 부어서 끓여 먹는 된장찌개가 이 집의 진짜 포인트입니다! 고기 기름과 육수가 어우러져 국물이 깊고 구수한 맛이 일품이네요. 밥 한 그릇 뚝딱 된장술밥으로 쐬주는 걍 넘어가네요. The epitome of grilled Korean beef! Even the finishing doenjang jjigae is perfect. I like thin meat. The marbling and bright red color gave off a sense of freshness. The roasted bean-pan-fried bean sprouts combination was very clean and light, making it so enjoyable to eat. The real highlight of this restaurant is the doenjang stew, where you pour broth directly into a pan where you grill meat and then boil it! The combination of meat oil and broth creates a deep and savory flavor that is exceptional. A bowl of rice is quickly finished. It goes without saying that it's served with soybean paste rice. very nice place, good korean slice beef. not really hidden in an alley. can be found easily. only 6 tables. less busy before 6:30pm. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000
