It took ages to get the pasta. And the service was not nice. The pasta was ok, but way too expensive for what we got.

10/10 What a lovely owner, service, meal and experience. We found this to be in very short supply in most of the other restaurants in Monterosso/Cinque Terre. Although very busy and quite late, the owner was polite, helpful in getting us a table for 4 outside, even though we hadn’t pre booked and was extremely passionate about the food and ingredients that he offered. At the end of the evening I walked into the empty restaurant and asked for coffees, he very politely suggested a late bar just down the road. So I said; ‘no problem, can we just have the bill then’ at which point he said; ‘oh, you’re eating here, of course you can have a coffee’. We did laugh. I highly recommend you try L’Osteria for a very enjoyable dining experience. ps. I had the beef fillet, amazing!
