The service was a little slow but I think it depends on the customer’s order especially for foods that require frying. I think the staff should inform the customer is the order will take time to be prepared or at least give customers an estimated waiting time. There was a rule that customers should refrain from taking video or photos but with the new age of information and internet, how customers can promote their fast food chain if taking videos or photos inside the shop is not allowed? I hope the management would decide to renovate their shop because the interior and this branch is very antiquated. It didn’t give a sense of nostalgia but eeriness.
