Stopped here early on my way to a work meeting unfortunately they were running late so they had the store closed. That was a bit disappointing as I running behind but wanted to grab something quick. The lead opened up for me after knocking and made me drink a I was super appreciative. That was good service in the moment. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This was my first visit to Lotus Coffee & Tea in Carson, and I loved it! The shop is clean, cozy, and has a nice modern vibe. I really liked how easy it was to order through the touch-screen panel — super convenient! My drink, the signature milk tea, was delicious and made quickly. They also offer free Wi-Fi and free parking, which is a big plus. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more drinks next time! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
