Tried this place out because reviews were decent. The food was gross. The rice and "chow mein" were over cooked and mushy. The mushroom chicken was boiled or something, flavorless. It's quick and it's okay. It's not a place where atmosphere matters the service is good and the food is okay. In Bakersfield there's lots of Chinese and there's lots of Mexican so the competition for best food in these two categories is competitive. There's better choices but chopstix express serves it up.
