Louvre Ripaille is a French establishment that offers fine dining in a cozy, local atmosphere. The interior design is simple yet elegant, with warm lighting and comfortable seating. The menu features traditional French cuisine at a reasonable price range. Located near the Louvre Museum, it's a perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a casual lunch after a day of sightseeing.
The menu boasts classic French dishes such as escargot, onion soup, steak tartare, and beef bourguignon. For seafood lovers, they offer monkfish stewed in gravy served with rice and linguini with clams and asparagus. Their signature dish, the "fameux os à la moelle" or roasted bone marrow, is a must-try.
Louvre Ripaille also has an excellent wine list, featuring well-chosen wines to pair perfectly with the food. They serve Lavazza coffee and refreshing soft drinks. Cocktails are not their specialty, but they have a small selection of spirits and aperitifs.
One of the special features of this place is its outdoor seating area, providing a serene ambiance away from the busy streets of Paris. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and attentive, making sure all guests feel welcome and satisfied.
In conclusion, Louvre Ripaille is a hidden gem in the heart of Paris, offering delicious food, great service, and a warm atmosphere. It's a perfect place to experience authentic French cuisine without breaking the bank.

Charming waiter, tasty food and delicious house wine. We came around 12:30 pm without reservation. No long wait for the food and it was very good. It's not as crowded as the restaurants close to front street. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We went there for lunch after our visit in Louvre. I must say that the personnel is very friendly and really reactive. The patron talks personally a lot to his guests...(we've seen that he spent many minutes at some tables). Unfortunately: food didn't covince us... We had following meals:. Boeuf Bourguignon: this one was quite good! Salmon with mashed sweet potatoes: this good. Unfortunatelly all the other courses didn't meet our expectations:. Onion soup - (even if there was a lot of gratinated cheese on top and bread inside - the soup itself seemed to be like onions with water only...no aroma, not much boullion or spices...normally I don't like if the soup is too salty, here - I had to add salt as it had no taste for me... Esaloppes were quite good but unfortunatelly they were accompanied by the worst french fries I've ever eaten (so much oil that they wre not crispy at all but just wet and heavy). Another portion of Escalopes was acompanied by linguine. Also here, not tasting fresh, oily, greesy,,..(like if they were cooked before and then warmed up?).... All in all - we wouldn't eat here again. Still - 3 stars because of good location and very nice staff (epecially the blond-lady, super nice). Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Myself and a bunch of my friends came to Louvre Ripaille towards the end of January/very early start of February, and it was during a very desperate night-time search for a good French bistro. We randomly stumbled in, and we were all greeted with an incredibly friendly and warm welcome! We were all a bunch of clueless Londoners, but felt right at home! The hosts were the most incredibly funny duo, who kept our table laughing throughout our time there! Alongside this, we were also on a hunt for some great French food, which we had certainly found here! Even towards the evening, close towards closing time, the quality and taste was purely unmatched. We even managed to get photos with the hosts, which topped the entire experience off. Will definitely be returning back to Louvre Ripaille in the future!
