Don’t know why the prices are that high. £10.40 for two sausages, two toast, with two small eggs, for 3 things, I would’ve expected this to cost £8 When in two years time this little breakfast may cost £ 12 or £14, (no bacon, no mushrooms, no baked beans, no drink, no tomatoes) and for 3 things you pay £10.40, it’s overpriced. I wanted to order the same today , but obviously I wanted to check what was charged at the weekend, Was that actually right? I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. So Gave Sarah feedback on it, and tried to pull her to the side away, and asked her politely if that’s right £10.40, she said over there there’s the menu. She’s way too emotional and sensitive on Feedback, a query what I was charged last weekend was that right? Before I order it again, I want to know and check… Some people have a meltdown if you question - query it, obviously it’s not about who is the boss it’s just about saying okay yes i am in charge to yourself, and to customer / person raising the query question, we take your feedback. What would you like now? That is high-level customer service. I looked at the menu and I saw one sausage is £2, it’s a crazy amount. £8 would be the Top someone should pay for this here, 3 items - toast, egg, and sausage, definitely Not £10.40 This is not fancy part of London! They rely heavily on a young student, hippie crowd, basically aren’t going to question the costs. Secondly, the location is in a bit of a hidden place, next to a travel lodge! As I tried to resolve it amicably on Monday in the coffee shop with staff / Sarah particularly I I’m annoyed that she did not handle it well, and made it way more dramatic than what it should be. Take the feedback, look for ways to improve and your business better Sarah. Not charging £2 for one sausage!! that’s what you call rip off Britain. The guy cooking the food did a good job! Hi, I’m sorry I was “too emotional” for you, haha! When you pretended to cry and mock me like a bully in a school play ground when I said that you were rude to me, I realised our conversation was over and you didn’t like it.We budget for the increasing prices and we pay our staff a fair living wage. We’re not greedy as I tried to tell you but then you tried to tell me how to run my business.We’re just not compatible friend. Have a nice life without us in it.

Lovelocks Coffee Shop is without a doubt the friendliest place for some food and/or a coffee in town. Not only that, the fact that the food I can purchase is always of outstanding quality makes it worth the journey, every single time. As an example, I'd previously been visiting family who had a trade stand in an exhibition at Liverpool Central Library (only a few minutes away!) and I visited Lovelocks to buy a sandwich. It was honestly so good that I bought another 4 to takeaway and give to my family and friends. They literally could not get enough of these sandwiches. That's the level that this coffee shop is at and I'm glad to be so close (Wirral) to enable me to visit as often as I can. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
