A wonderful relaxing upscale environment. Attentive and caring staff. They have three types of cocktails: standard abv, low abv, and non alcoholic. We had the standard abv cocktails and they are excellent (and beautiful). Interesting and complex flavors that were delicious. Very fair prices. A perfect escape from the bustling surrounding streets. A must go if in the area! Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a great time at Low-Non-Bar. Everything we had was very tasty including the Matcha Old Fashioned. I liked reading through the descriptions of each drink and felt that such care and skill went into each drink. Would highly recommend. I feel there's an option for everybody!
