Come here for a drink after a long walk around Montreal Fire Museum. Vegetarian cuisine is served at this confectionary restaurant. Many visitors come here to enjoy good pies. Lu & i is proud of perfectly cooked cupcakes, fruitcake and brownies. It's nice to try delicious latte or great matcha.
A number of reviewers mark that the service is prompt. The lovely atmosphere makes a good impression on customers. Google users are quite generous with this place: it was granted 4.7 stars.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s 1st birthday from here. The taste was great and it was so wonderful that it was vegan, gluten free and without regular sugar. Everyone enjoyed it! However, the presentation was really lacking. The way it was decorated was somewhat haphazard and not what I would expect for a cake costing $78 plus tax. If they would have skipped the randomly placed dried oranges, it would have helped. Service: Take out Food: 3

Very very very good cupcakes. I don't even normally like cupcakes but really wanted a treat and to try this place. The icing is soft instead of hard like normal cupcakes. And the ingredients are actually healthy, not just gluten free with highly processed ingredients like you find at many places. Was very pleasantly surprised but the texture and moistness. Looking forward to trying more from here, and fresh buckwheat baguettes the next time they are in stock! Nice service and cute little things for sale too like glasses, ceramics, etc. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Needed a gluten/dairy-free cake for a hastily arranged birthday supper right before Xmas. With barely over 24hrs notice, a lovely 8” cake was ready! Light chocolate icing, dense & moist dark chocolate cake with coconut overtones; and not too sweet as many iced cakes can be. Thank you, lu & i!
