I have been going to LuLou’s since I moved to Reno in 2002. It was my ‘go to’ first date location, thus, I am heart-broken to hear LuLou’s closed at the end of 2025. Coleen and staff were always amazing and attentive to every customer. I never had a bad experience at LuLou’s and the atmosphere was always special - a big city feel in little ol’ Reno when Reno really was small. I wish Coleen and staff the very best as a lot of her people stuck around for years. Please be sure to support her and her husband’s two other restaurants - Willie’s Pasta and Kaubōi Izakaya - while nothing will compare to LuLou’s, I’m certain the food and service will be impeccable! We love Lulou's. Everything was wonderful. From the moment we walked in until we left. The staff, the cocktails, food, wine and desserts were awesome. Do yourself a favor and have a night out at Lulou's. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Recommended dishes: Scallops, Cioppino Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot, Free street parking Parking: Parked 40 feet from the entrance.
