I was disappointed with my experience at Lua Kitchen. The food may have been so so not too impressive, but the customer service left a negative impression. The staff’s attitude toward customers did not feel welcoming or professional, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. Good service is an important part of dining out, and unfortunately, I did not feel respected or properly taken care of during my visit. I hope the restaurant can improve the way staff communicate with customers, because attitude and hospitality make a big difference.
