The food and the place itself were good, however the level of service did not match the atmosphere the restaurant tries to present. In fine dining, guests should feel comfortable asking about ingredients and menu details, yet the waiter’s attitude made it seem as though such questions were unwelcome and meant to discourage further inquiry. Combined with the repeated attempts to clear the table while we were still enjoying the evening, it left a rather low-level impression of the service standards. Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the food and atmosphere, but deeply regret that our service fell short of fine dining standards. Your experience with the waiter's attitude and the rushed table clearing does not reflect our hospitality. We have addressed this with our front-of-house team to ensure it does not happen again. We hope you will give us another chance to provide the flawless experience you deserve.
