Great spot for a fancy dinner! We went with a big group and they made sure we had plenty of bread and oil to hold us over until our food came. The pork chops were $41 but totally worth it! Zero complaints from the large group we went with. A MUST TRY PLACE! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this establishment. The server(ANNA) was excellent!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and sweet. The food was delicious. Starting with the romaine salad, large, crispy, and the dressing was ceader like, but a little different. Excellent!! As for the entrees. My wife ordered the gnocchi with meat sauce. Unbelievable!!! Lite, soft, and perfectly prepared!! The sauce was just as good. She soaked the last little bit up with her ciabatta bread. I had the filet mignon. Perfectly cooked to medium rare!!! Well seasoned, and accumulated by smashed red skin potatoes, and steamed broccoli. Great meals. To finish it off Anna suggested the chocolate chip cheesecake tort. A perfect end to a great meal!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Got a recommendation for Lucca from a nice server at a lunch place I went to today. She said it was the best Italian in Canton.... Anyway I go to Lucca Downtown. A very lovely place with a really nice atmosphere and surroundings. Nice servers and hosts.. I ordered a Belvedere martini and some bread and butter. I decided to get the Chicken Picatta. Came with risotto I asked 'can I sub pasta?' No problem and never mentioned an up charge. Charged 5.50 up charge for a 1/2 cup of pasta. I ordered Rigatoni's with meat sauce, got ziti. I specifically told the gal 'do not over SALT the dish, please... Get the dish, chicken was saltier than any dish ever. And the rigatoni was not rigatoni it was undercooked ziti. So two points of interest. When I pulled up outside the restaurant, there was a cook outside smoking. Bad sign, you're getting salty food. Chef's who smoke over salt because they can't taste. Three tiny pieces of chicken in a salt bath. Second, the new owner, Tony Ly, asked me how it was... I said honestly it's so salty I could hardly eat it. Then I pointed to the ziti, and said that's not rigatoni...it's ziti... I don't think he knows the difference.. He said he saw the request for no extra salt. I offered for him to try it, he just laughed it off. I asked if he was the manager he said no, one of the owners. Made a joke about being Asian and owning an Italian place. That was inappropriate.. and random, but explained a lot. Asked what kind of Cabernet by the glass, they just had  one...75 wines on the wine list, five by the glass. 15.50 for a martin in Canton? Are we in NYC?? Overall very disappointing and the salt chicken should have been taken off the bill.
