The restaurant is a disappointing one, it's Ramadan and we started to break our fasting without plates on our table and 3/4 of the buffet wasn't served yet. Taste of the soup is bad and weird, Taste of the meat as well. They are supposed to be famous with steaks, although non of the options in the buffet was steak!. Lights are not comfortable. Unfortunately we booked in there. There will be no next time for sure. Price per person: SAR 200+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

What truly sets Lucca apart, however, is the impeccable treatment from the staff especially Mr. Ibrahim. They are professional and attentive without being intrusive. They anticipate your needs before you even ask, whether it’s refilling a drink or explaining the nuances of the different cuts of meat. The highlight of the evening was the interaction with the chef. It is rare to see a kitchen team so genuinely invested in the customer's satisfaction. The chef took the time to ensure my steak was prepared exactly to my preference, not just in terms of temperature, but in flavor profile and presentation. You can feel that they don't just cook for a crowd; they cook for you. I highly recommend .
