Unfortunately my husband, daughter and grandchildren went to this location yesterday and the food was just awful . I ordered the baby back , St. Louis ribs and beef ribs , the food ( meat ) was not fresh it was very dry and hard . My daughter ordered baby back ribs , beef ribs and bbq chicken with a banana pudding as dessert , she was given St. Louis ribs which she did not order , she ordered baby back ribs , she return them for the correct order , the banana pudding had no bananas in it nor waffers cookies , it's was more like a custard. My husband ordered beef ribs , baby back and bbq chicken . The food was pretty much flavorless . To spend almost $300 it's very disappointing not to get a good quality meal out of it . Gustavo the waiter was stretched thin running from table to table , we don't blame him he didn't prepare the food , Lucille's you shouldn't open up if you can't serve quality food. LUCILLE'S YOU NEED TO DO BETTER THAN THIS , SO DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTED AND UNSATISFIED !

My husband and I ordered Christmas Eve dinner pickup from Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, and unfortunately, it turned into a very distressing incident. Upon consumption, my husband almost cracked his teeth when he discovered a screw in the potato salad, causing significant concern and worry. We first contacted the store manager, who initially offered a full refund for the meal. However, when I requested to escalate the matter to corporate, we hoped to see what more they can compensate for this serious accident. Marylin from the corporate office responded by offering a mere $75 credit or a refund of the potato salad, regardless of the assurance given by the store manager. The worst part is none of them were trying to investigate in the root cause of this incident. Not only was the foreign object in the food a severe health hazard, but the inconsistency in promises and resolutions between the store manager and the corporate office is deeply disappointing. Customer safety and genuine resolution seemed to take a backseat. Food safety is paramount, and the handling of this incident reflects poorly on the integrity and commitment to customer service at Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que. I sincerely hope that the management reconsiders their approach to such critical incidents and prioritizes the well-being and trust of their customers in the future.
